Install and de-rig terms and conditions

​

There will be an installation and De-rig charge applied to all events. This will be subject to a site visit and the prior agreement of timings supplied by the venue and the client. The timings and associated costs involved are included in the Event Contract. 

 

The timings for the start of install are agreed to in advance. Any alteration to these timings may affect the completion times. In this instance LCC reserve the right to contract additional support and labour at a cost that is payable by the client. The de-rig timings are also agreed to in advance. Any alteration to these timings may affect the completion times. In this instance LCC reserve the right to contract additional support and labour at a cost that is payable by the client.

 

  • A site visit must be completed prior to the event date 

  • Accurate timings for both the installation and de-rig must be agreed to as per the Event Contract

  • Any alterations to these timings will incur additional costs which is payable by the client

    • Additional costs are £21.50 per person per hour Monday to Friday & £30.00 per person per hour Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

      • Additional vehicle charges including parking, fuel, vehicle hire will also incur an additional charge payable by the client 

  • There will be no refund or credit provided by LCC if the installation or de-rig finishes earlier than quoted in the Event Contract

 

“last minute orders and alterations”

Any alterations and orders made by the client will incur a “rush fee”. The “rush fee” becomes active 48hrs prior to the start of the event and includes the day of installation and the “live event days”

Print Terms and Conditions

​

  • All finished artwork to have overprint disabled.

  • Artwork to be supplied as high-res press ready PDF (CMYK) format.

  • Please supply artwork via email, file transfer services.

  • File manipulation/studio time will incur an additional charge.

  • Missed deadlines mean rush charges.

  • We will not guarantee any print if artwork deadlines are missed.

  • Colour and Size guide available for ColourSpace Lightbox products.

  • Payment required prior to printing for non-account customers.

  • Prices shown exclude VAT.
